Delivery Information

This delivery information is for New Zealand customers. If you live outside New Zealand this does not applies to you.

 

Delivery timeframe?

Orders are targeted for delivery within 10-12 days, if due to Covid-19 situation the delivery gets delayed than the customer will be informed in advance. From time-time stock availability may extend delivery dates.

If your order is heavy or large, you will be requested to ask for quotation. If you are satisfied with the price, then you can proceed with your order. 

 

Who will be delivering order?

Local courier or transport providers will be delivering your order. If you have any specific instruction for freight, please brief in delivery information at checkout.

Your contact number will be provided to freight company, if incase there be an issue with delivery.

 

What if my goods are damaged when they arrive?

Appropriate steps will be taken to ensure that your goods are protected in shipping process.

If you find that goods are damage in shipping process, please inform us with proof of delivery and proof of damage. Please inform us withing  2-3 working days  of receiving any damaged product. We will further check whether damaged goods need to be exchange, repaired or replaced.
